馬場 さおり
福岡市生まれの写真家、芸術博士。九州産業大学大学院修了後、台湾・台南應用科技大学助理教授などを経て、現在は北九州市立大学特任准教授。自身の乳がん闘病体験を起点に、身体性やジェンダー、社会的マイノリティをテーマに作品を制作。代表作《2.7%》《The View Through My Blood》《その男、彭志維》など。研究者としても、女性写真家や台湾の写真文化に関する論考を発表し、写真と社会をつなぐ実践を行っている。

Saori Baba
Fukuoka-born photographer and Doctor of Arts. After completing the graduate program at Kyushu Sangyo University, she served as an assistant professor at Tainan University of Technology (Taiwan), and is currently a specially appointed associate professor at The University of Kitakyushu. Grounded in her personal experience of battling breast cancer, her artistic practice explores themes of embodiment, gender, and socially marginalized communities. Major works include 2.7%, The View Through My Blood, and The Man, Peng Zhiwei. As a researcher, she has published essays on women photographers and Taiwan’s photographic culture, engaging in practice that connects photography and society.
